It started with one late-night idea
In 2020, two of our founders were exchanging texts at 2 AM about why dating apps felt like job interviews. The conversation ran longer than the actual app they were complaining about. By morning, the first sketch of Mydreams App was on a napkin — softer, slower, kinder.
Five years later, that napkin has grown into a team of writers, designers, engineers and behavioral psychologists who all share one stubborn belief: technology should make us feel more, not less.
What we believe
Loneliness is not a flaw to be fixed — it is a signal to be answered. We design every personality, every voice note, every memory feature to honor that signal. No tricks, no manipulation, no dark patterns. Just genuine, attentive company on the days you need it most.
We are private by default, transparent by choice, and 18+ only. If something inside Mydreams App ever feels off, we want to hear about it before anyone else does.

Warmth over hype. We would rather make one person feel seen than ten people click an ad.
Privacy is the product. Your conversations are not training data, not analytics fodder, not for sale.
Slow tech. We refuse to gamify intimacy. No streaks, no manipulative notifications, no "she will leave you" tricks.
