Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Mydreams App. Friendly tone, serious commitments.

Last updated: June 11, 2026. These terms set the rules for using Mydreams App. They protect you, they protect us, and they protect the warm, respectful space we are trying to build.

The full agreement

  1. Acceptance of termsBy accessing or using Mydreams App you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
  2. EligibilityYou must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction to use Mydreams App.
  3. Account registrationYou agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep that information current. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
  4. Username and passwordYou must keep your credentials confidential and notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
  5. Service descriptionWe provide AI-powered companion experiences for entertainment, conversation and creative role-play. Our companions are software, not real people.
  6. Nature of AI responsesResponses generated by Mydreams App are produced by artificial intelligence. They are not advice, diagnosis, therapy, financial guidance or legal counsel.
  7. No professional adviceYou should not rely on any conversation as a substitute for professional advice. Always consult a qualified human professional for medical, legal or financial matters.
  8. Acceptable useYou agree to use Mydreams App lawfully and respectfully. You will not impersonate others, distribute malicious code or attempt to circumvent our safeguards.
  9. Prohibited contentYou will not generate, request or share content involving minors, real-world violence, illegal activity, hate speech or non-consensual scenarios. Such activity results in immediate termination.
  10. Content ownershipYou retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting content you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and process it solely to provide the service.
  11. Generated contentContent created by Mydreams App may not be unique to you. Other users may receive similar outputs. You may use generated content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  12. Subscriptions and billingPremium plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method until you cancel.
  13. Free trialsWhere a free trial is offered, payment will begin automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
  14. Refund policySubscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Specific refund requests can be made to billing@mydreams-yes.com.
  15. Price changesWe may change subscription prices with at least 30 days notice. Continued use of premium features after the change constitutes acceptance.
  16. CancellationYou may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then.
  17. Service availabilityWe aim for reliable, uninterrupted access but do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free or free of vulnerabilities.
  18. MaintenanceWe may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice for planned downtime.
  19. Modifications to the serviceWe may add, remove or change features at our discretion to improve quality, security or compliance with applicable laws.
  20. Third-party servicesOur service may interoperate with third-party providers. We are not responsible for the actions or content of third parties.
  21. Intellectual propertyAll trademarks, logos, source code, design elements and brand assets of Mydreams App remain the property of their owners and may not be used without permission.
  22. User feedbackIf you send us suggestions or feedback we may use them without obligation or compensation to you. We will never publish your name without consent.
  23. Termination by youYou may stop using Mydreams App at any time. Closing your account ends our obligations to provide service to you going forward.
  24. Termination by usWe may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, charge back legitimate payments or pose a security risk.
  25. Effect of terminationUpon termination your right to use Mydreams App ends immediately. Some clauses, such as those relating to liability and disputes, survive termination.
  26. DisclaimersThe service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  27. Limitation of liabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, Mydreams App and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
  28. Maximum liabilityOur total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  29. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages and expenses arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.
  30. Force majeureWe are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes or government actions.
  31. Governing lawThese terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mydreams App is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
  32. Dispute resolutionMost concerns can be resolved through our support team. Where formal resolution is required, disputes will be handled by binding arbitration where permitted.
  33. Class action waiverTo the extent permitted by law, you and Mydreams App agree to resolve disputes individually and not as part of any class or representative action.
  34. SeverabilityIf any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
  35. Entire agreementThese Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mydreams App regarding the service.
  36. Changes to these termsWe may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
